UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste will grace the cover of the "Playboy" magazine this fall, UFC President Dana White revealed on Wednesday.
In an interview with Ariel Helwani at MMAFighting.com, White confirmed rumors that began when Celeste Tweeted a picture of the Playboy offices earlier this month.
Celeste has already completed her film shoot, according to White, and she will be on the cover of the November edition of the magazine. She now joins Rachelle Leah, the former UFC ring girl who posed for the magazine in 2008.
Penick's Analysis: This is another move where the UFC has followed WWE's model in some fashion for the company. The WWE had a number of their female "wrestlers" pose for the men's magazine throughout the last 13-14 years, and now Celeste, in joining Leah, helps start a trend for the UFC. It's not a bad move, and for Celeste it gives her more exposure, figuratively and literally. She's certainly taking advantage of her spot as the UFC's "main" ring girl at the moment, and she'll be able to keep her affiliation with the organization for some time because of it.
