53-year-old Jeffrey Kirby was found guilty on one felony count of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated on Wednesday by a jury in Orange County, California in the death of TapouT founder Charles "Mask" Lewis in 2009.

Kirby faces a maximum of 13 years in prison, and his sentencing will take place in February of 2011.

Lewis was killed on the morning of March 11, 2009, when Kirby lost control of his vehicle alongside of Lewis' Ferrari, sending Lewis' vehicle crashing into a light pole. Lewis' girlfriend, Lacy Lynn White, was thrown from the vehicle as it was split in half along a light pole and she was seriously injured. Lewis was pronounced dead on the scene.

Kirby briefly stopped his car, but then fled the scene. He was apprehended by police in a parking lot close to the scene, and two hours after the crash he had a blood alcohol level of .13. Due to causing great bodily harm, Kirby faced sentencing enhancements on the charge.
